Honor Your Vessel, Love Your Body

Awareness of Your Vessel’s Vibrational Frequency

Our vessel is our spirit’s home as we walk this beautiful Earth-school together. Our vessel is our Temple, our sacred space we are gifted to care for as we journey on our path to fulfillment and authenticity. Our thoughts in our mind reflect how we treat our vessel. Negative thoughts and energy will deplete us and leave our vessel reaching for another source of fulfilment. Sometimes that fulfilment comes in the form of food, drugs, alcohol, or even via unhealthy recreational activities. When we choose to indulge in outside sources of fulfilment due to low vibrational energy, we are continuing to feed the negative and abandon our vessels’ potential to vibrate higher. In order to access your most high self and not be threatened by the depths of stagnation, we must clear our vessels and reward it instead with positive thoughts and energy while increasing our exposure to higher vibrational frequencies.


Increasing Vibrational Frequency of Your Vessel

There are many ways we can increase the vibrational frequency of our vessels. The perfect way to start is through the food with which we choose to fuel our vessels. We are constantly bombarded by fast-food, conveniently packaged foods, foods developed by creation of combined high-heat processes, foods preserved and flavored with chemicals and artificial ingredients. Additionally, we are confused by the abundance of nutrition misinformation and opinions surrounding the latest and greatest fad. While there is no one-size-fits-all as it relates to a lifestyle nutrition plan, there is something to be made very clear. High vibrational foods come from the Earth; they are natural; they are pure. I'm not telling you to go on a raw food rampage. In fact, I'm definitely not telling you to do this! But to raise your vessel's vibrational frequency, mostly choose foods that are healthy – usually these foods will not have a nutrition label. Choose foods with higher water content, for instance grapes versus raisins. Choose natural options. Start small by focusing on each meal you eat by swapping a low vibrational food with a healthy replacement. Go a step farther by only shopping at the outer edge of the grocery store, and do not bring home sugar laden or highly processed bagged foods. (I'm not speaking of bagged spinach; I'm speaking of those Dynamite Doritos that leave red and orange fingerprints all over the house. You know the bagged and boxed foods I mean.) Start small. Grow into nourishing your vessel with high vibrational foods. And then celebrate making healthy meals and sharing it with loved ones! This also raises your vessel’s vibration!
